    Down below you will find some information about the 4th edition of our Cup.
  • The Cup took place from 26 December 2007 till 22 February 2008.

  • After 3 cups, Cup manager Pullen was replaced by Devillaricium to organize the cup.
    He designed a new Cup format similar to the Champions League and Uefa Cup.
    The new LDH-Cup lasted 9 rounds and 64 teams were able to participate.
  • Federation members could sign up in a thread on the Hattrick forum until December 14th 2007.

Group Phase
  • The cup starts with a group phase.
    The organizer will rank the teams by TSI, stars and ratings.
  • The best half of the participants will face each other
    in groups of 4 teams in the Champions League.
  • The other half will face each other in groups of 4 teams in the Uefa Cup.
  • Matches may be played with cup rules.
    The score at the 90th minute whistle counts.
  • The teams will face each other once (3 rounds).
  • The best 2 teams from each group will continue in the cup.

  • Matches need to be played with cup rules.
    When equal after 90', the cup organizer will chose the lucky winner.
  • Each group winner will face a runner up from another group.
  • Teams in the Champions League who win their match,
    will continue in the Champions League.
  • Teams in the Champions League who loose their match,
    will continue in the Uefa Cup.
  • Teams in the Uefa Cup who win their match,
    will continue in the Uefa Cup.
  • Teams in the Uefa Cup who loose their match,
    will be out of the tournament.

    When equal after 90', the cup organizer will chose the lucky winner.
  • The 8 remaining Champions League teams will face each other
    in the Quarter Finals of the Champions League.
  • The 4 best defeated teams who demote to the Uefa Cup,
    will face each other in the first 2 Uefa Cup matches.
  • The other 4 defeated teams who demote to the Uefa Cup,
    will face the 4 best Uefa Cup teams in 4 other Uefa Cup games.
  • The 4 remaining Uefa Cup teams will face each other
    in the last 2 Uefa Cup matches.

    When equal after 90', the cup organizer will chose the lucky winner.
  • The 2 best Champions League teams will face each other
    in the Champions League Final.
    The winner may participate in the Supercup Final within 2 weeks.
  • The 2 best Uefa Cup teams will face each other
    in the first Uefa Cup Semi Final.
  • The other 2 Uefa Cup teams will face each other
    in the second Uefa Cup Semi Final.

  • The winner of the Champions League has a free week.
  • The 2 best Uefa Cup teams will face each other in the Uefa Cup Final. The winner may participate in the Supercup next week.
